Meet Leslie

Leslie believes reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. She understands how we all can feel lost, out of touch with our purpose, confused, and deeply hurt due to a myriad of life experiences. Leslie knows we are not meant to go through life alone, which is why she is called to be of service to others in her lifetime. She offers support to those seeking to strengthen their own self-empowerment through a heart-centered approach.

Leslie works from a perspective that the way we have learned to survive in this world, and the potentially maladaptive patterns we have developed to do so, all hold inherent wisdom. Coming from a trauma-informed background, she offers tenderness and care while creating a safe and nonjudgmental container for her clients to explore and understand themselves deeper. Leslie calls on the tools of self-acceptance, compassion, and self-forgiveness to allow difficult emotions to transform into the brilliance of our unique nature.

What Clients Say

Thank you so much for showing me the path to come back to myself. I was feeling so lost and disconnected that I was spiraling and not in control of myself or my emotions. I now feel hopeful. I’m more at peace and aligned with Source. THANK YOU!!!!!
